Welcome to the website of the Youth Group ministry of West LA Korean Church. We're very excited that you stumbled across this page. Through this website we hope that you will become interested in joining our family in the West LA area.
Purpose of the Website:
We hope through this site that you will want to join us in our weekly Sunday morning services and various events. This site is also used as a portal for church information and upcoming events, but the primary function of the site is to foster a community. The West LA Korean Church Youth Group (WLAKC YG) is a tight-knit group that always has room for one more in the family. This site is here to encourage that relationship and help it flourish. Yet we won't lose focus of the primary purpose of our church and that is to walk with God. This site is a multi-purpose website providing announcements, a community, and resources for spiritual uplift.
What are your services like?
Our youth group has an average of 20 members, a size that's not too large but also not too small. This range of members allows for the youth group to create a homely environment for the members and newcomers.
What time are your services?
The youth group service meets at 9:45AM every Sunday morning.
How do I get there and where is the service?
The youth group service is held in the Youth Group room/cafeteria downstairs. It's the small part of the building jutting out from the main building with 2 doors and three windows. If you want to join us, please don't be shy and just walk right in. If you're in the West LA area or even if you're not, come visit us.
What language is your service conducted in?
We're a Korean American church. While the adults have separate English and Korean services, the youth group provides a service conducted mostly in English with a bit of Korean on the side.
